Thanks guys, normal 40. Replacing the Acoustic 50, which I don't think does a gain. The Acoustic has overdrive knob, but not mandatory, I think can be at zero. I find Rumble bit more interesting lively sounding than Acoustic.

Just got 40 watt. Real nice. Confused on Gain and Master. They both seem to be in play even though one is not using the overdrive offerings? One might think Gain is just for that..?

The current crop sadly does not have black with Rosewood! Any idea when next iteration of colors may come around? Thanks. Invalid Link Removed

Forgot to ask Anti, is guitar center or sam sam ash is there a Bass to hear the Jazz bridge where I could hear difference from weak Mustang P/J bridge ? Any large Jazz will do it? or maybe other brand Bridge to compare?.. Obviously no Seymour Duncan in stores to compare, thanks

Seymour Duncan "Hot" Jazz, or maybe the Quarter Pounder if Thanks Anti, have you tested this or pretty darned sure those 3rd party oneswill get that bridge to be louder and nicer than the one on the Mustang? ie more usable as a solo pickup. and for strings, the Fender supplied are good?

Thanks West, just saw you post right after posting about SG below.. but you are Pro bassist, and SG is your main? I think looks cool and sound cool, but when played in store, did not have quite, creamy sound of Fender.. Lower (almost froggy) and bit harsher... so that's why I think perhaps SG...

Leaning towards Player Mustang P/J.. . anyone know what is the lightest one that one cold hope to find? I know on Sweetwater, they'll list 4 guitar weights, and often one will be up to 1lb lighter than others. Also, the P pickup on a P/J would/ might be better in general, than a Mustang...
