    Heres mine. An RSB-600, early 1980s made. Serial no. : 069168 From what I can tell it has the SB body shape but a different headstock. I can't find any other info online. Anyone here can help shade some light on this baby?

    Which pickups with an Audere pre on a US Deluxe Jazz Bass ?

    I've hooked up quarter pounders to the Audere on my MIJ 75RI. Dark tone with plenty of punch, slightly modern tone though. Its my cup of tea. But if you want a vintage tone, stay away from quarterpounders.;)

    Yup, gotta agree that fender stock pups are really good. I wouldnt have changed them out if Im not looking for a heavier tone. Swap them out for quarterpounders, and after a few months Im thinking of getting those stock pups back in. :p

    Just in '75 MIJ Jazz Bass reissue

    Yah, these 75 reissue fenders are great deals. I got my black n maple from the bay at $820 brand new. I don't know whether thats a good price, but to me it was a good deal.
