I recently acquired the boost+bass pedal. The boost sounds really really good, haven't had the opportunity to really play with the overdrive section yet. Maybe I'll get their double boost pedal?

I have the Boost+Overdrive pedal. It is a very good sounding pedal even though I'm only using it through DI into mixer. Very clean boost and tasteful thick sounding overdrive. Can't wait to play it through my rig!

This is quite fascinating, how do amps mess with FOH? I was always led to believe a FOH system is there to reinforce sound from amps, not compete.

Tube amps are delicious. It's a reliable foundation and you can fine tune your tone with different tubes and they are built to last for decades (the non PCB ones anyway). The recent renaissance in tube amps certainly helps. The only downside I see with them is that they are heavy. So here's to...
