    Bay City Rollers bass?

It’s now streaming on Tubi. Episode 1 You can see they switch instruments and the other guy plays the bass left handed! Also check out the (Matamp) White amp stack! I’m now obsessed with the later “Rollers” era albums.

    Danelectro Owners Club

I’ve skimmed through a large chunk of this thread and learned some interesting things. I’m happy with everything about the stock setup of my new Longhorn except for the cheap knobs! Can anyone tell me if there are aftermarket options like knurled Jazz knobs that fit the stock shafts? I’m...

Gibson Les Paul Jr Tribute DC short scale bass

Those look great! This bass satisfies the itch when I see vintage EB-0’s for $$$$ that will never have the tone

Gibson Les Paul Jr Tribute DC short scale bass

Still on the website but discontinued! I inquired before buying a used one. I even had a chance to check the Garage in Nashville. Seems like they could’ve done a lot with this model… nicer finishes, custom shop, signature etc. Nope, instead we get Rex & Gene T-Birds.

Gibson Les Paul Jr Tribute DC short scale bass

I probably haven’t posted on TB in over a decade but I recently got a Les Paul JR. and this thread is great! I love 30” scale even though my go to is a Thunderbird. Never been a fan of Gibson’s faded finishes or red instruments in general but I’ve always wanted a double cut. Anyway, I took...

    HOHNER P-BASS CLONE: Vintage?

Hey, I just found this Hohner... It was in such good shape I couldn't pass it up! It has a serial # starting with 73 so I imagine that could be it's age? Body is a 2 piece with scabs glued in a few spots, and the headstock is like 3 pieces. trussrod adjust at the bottom, and a 4 bolt neck...

Gibson 3 point bridge saddle variations

Well sure, they could be modified... the nickel plate would chip off though, and that pot metal composition of the casting might be kind of powdery. I still need to know what the size of the 70's version is so I could mod the saddles I have.

Gibson 3 point bridge saddle variations

Can anyone tell me what the height difference is between vintage (70's) and modern (90-00's)saddles on the Gibson 3 point bridge? I found that the bridge on my '79 Thunderbird may have been replaced long ago and the saddles are too tall. The bridge is lowered all the way, and the action is...

The Grabber is back! : Gibson Grabber II

They could have used less wood and made more $$$ reissuing an EB-1 with a TB Plus pickup and black hardware. At least they didn't make a "Reverse" Grabber

    Any Marshall Fans Out There?

Hi, This is my first post on TB... Just wondering if there are any Marshall Amp enthusiasts on board? It would seem that they aren't the most popular choice, but I have no complaints! I am currently gigging with an '86 200 watt solid state (IBS #3520) head and a JCM 800 4x10 cab. I recently...
