Very wise advice. Better not to dril a hole and loose its market value. I will fix the jack first. My main concern for wanting to change the circuit is that the bass pot must be open +50% to have sound, all other pot works normal. If its -50% no sound on bass. Is this normal. So for that reason...

On the circuit its written "Sandberg built by SCITUS". The bass knob when its in the middle doest not have sound must always use it like 60 to 100 percent. I would like to replace it by a new one or upgrade it to a 5 knob circuit.
