72 bassman 50 needs a small preferably inexpensive cab.

Ampeg PortaBass 1x12 cab...anyone swapped speakers?

I did my own search, and these two of all available Neo's are the best in your sealed cabinet...to add that the modest proposal dhsierra1 has made is excellent...because I mean all... B&C, faital pro, rcf, selenium, beyma, peavey, jbl, etc.... or Chinese I do not know... perhaps I missed...

    Non circular sound propagation devices

Some older alnico full range 6x9's from the sixties are simply excellent, as well as a pair of MA carbon fiber 6x9, I removed from my car, and have in my house....these also simply sound excellent. There have been a few guitar amps with 6x9's also... and the Heil 's Big Transducer with...

Kappalite 3012LF vs. Delta 12LFA (please help)

hobbes1: I think you should consider this speaker if you really want the 1.5cuft box... It has an actual efficiency very close to the DeltaLite2512, and a 7.2mm Xmax, 500W Aes, Fs = 45 Hz Qts = .26 Vas = 70L/2.46cuft $199 at USSpeaker, ($300 for similar from Beyma or 18sound.,,,)...
