    Sounds nuts but have you ever considered taking a break and tinkering with another musical instrument for a while? Maybe you just need something fresh to revitalize your passion.

    If I was really that uncomfortable, then I'd leave. That being said, have you tried raising these issues with them in a calm, reasonable way? They may be open to suggestion and if not, at least you tried.
