Yep. I wound up getting two mixes sent to front of house separately. Then I can send a signal to my amp without the preamps effecting it. Then if we want I can mix my actual amp up for some different sounds.

So I did something very similar. 2 signals: one clean/one with fx I send my channels to two different preamps for the amp/cab sound after each loop. my clean signal goes Bass-> compressor -> eq/boost -> Super Vintage. Dirty signal goes Bass-> compressor -> eq/boost -> Octave -> Synth ->...
