Why wouldn't you just customize your own bass? i mean www.haloguitars.com is one place that you can do a custom job and still have alot of money left over. Or heck shop around! I personally do not go for artist or signature models. I like stuff that fits to me, not to someone else. But i mean...

For me it was the lacking of high end that i needed. But the addition of the BTS system and the EMG PJ X just added more bottom end than i expected. Completely happy with the result. I do agree once you find what makes you happy, STOP!

IT IS A BEAST! for real. it feels like im playing through a heavy speaker set up. Thats the best i can describe it. its just amazing.

I ended up keeping it, i dropped EMG Active X P/J and a BTS system into it.
