I can attest to the fact that the SP/SJ combo is something very special and versatile. SP sounds phat in either regular and reserve settings, and reverse P plus ‘70s J sounds very tight. Actually, to my ears it’s between a (‘60s) J and a Modern, which I also own.

Strange, I just double-checked and mine has 3. Did you change it to 2 very recently, did the prototype(s) have 2 or did mine end up having 3 by accident?

Super-P has a 3-way toggle as well. So far, normal PJ and reverse P + ‘70s J are my two favourite combinations.

Having used some of the pedals mentioned (3leaf, oc-2, EBS (5x), EHX NanoPOG, MXR M288 (2x)) I currently (and happily) use a COG T47 that lets me switch between a clean(er) octave sound (à la 3leaf, EBS, MXR) to a more synth sound à la OC-2.
