I disputed the charges yesterday. I even emailed and left a vm for Kalium again stating I just wanted a refund after 3 months and got no response.

I emailed again and still got nothing. Just got off phone with bank to dispute charges. How disappointing to not even get a response or refund and have to resort to that.

Yep, I've been waiting on an order placed February 5. Processing. No response to my voicemails or email. I'm going to call the credit card company and dispute the charge. I'm going to look at Newtone Strings. Curious to see what they have.

I agree. My metal band tunes C standard, so my string choice and setup is specifically for that.
