    Bassists version of Stairway?

Tommy the Cat by Primus or the Seinfeld theme.

Who else cannot stand jazz basses?!

Honestly, I have yet to pick up anything from Fender that agreed with me. Some of the other Jazz builds are OK, but I've yet to find one that clicked the way my Ibanez SR's and ATK's have.

Whats the best teeny tiny practice type amp?

I use a Phil Jones double four. Its the best small practice amp I've come across. 70 watt, 2x4 inch speakers.

Who is your favorite Bass Player today?

My favorites are Brian Gibson of Lightning Bolt and Troy Sanders of Mastodon. I'm still a fan of everyone from Jaco and Jamerson to the Ox, Vega, Wooten, Bootsy, Burton, etc. Squire is my favorite on your list, and I would give Claypool an honorable mention for being the reason I picked up...

Peavey Grind- ibanez atk 200- Fender American special P bass

This here too, the extra J pickup adds some nice versatility. Or if you can find a used 750, they have it too.

Peavey Grind- ibanez atk 200- Fender American special P bass

I'm personally a fan of the ATKs. I've got a 205 and a 750ka, and they're both phenomenal. Similar to a MM Stingray with less sparkle but stronger low-mids (IMHO).

Roland Micro Bass Cube-yes or no?

I was in a similar scenario six months or so ago. Tried a few different bigger more affordable combos, but ultimately I ended up with a Phil Jones Bass Double Four. Its expensive, but by far the best sounding practice combo I've played. It is pretty small too, having two 4 inch speakers. Handles...

Royal Blood...What's TBers take on this bass style...?

Meh, for a bass and drums duo I prefer Lightning Bolt. They're far more interesting.

    Jag neck thickness

OK awesome, thanks man. Thinner necks tend to give me bad pain from my wrist down through my forearm, thus my concern on the neck. I wish I had some where local to check one out. I'll prolly end up ordering one soon. Thanks for the help.

    Jag neck thickness

Would you say it's thicker or thinner than an Ibanez SR? Its been a long time since I've played a Fender, admittedly.

    Jag neck thickness

Hey, could someone clue me in on what the neck thickness (front to back, not the width) of a Squier Jaguar is/is like? Specifically the Troy Sanders signature. I can't seem to find any numbers on it, or really any reference to what its similar to. I'm currently using an Atk205, and have fallen...

    Hartke A70 Hiss/Buzz

Yeah I tried that, multiple outlets throughout the house. I find it weird to get two amps in a row with the same exact issue, unless its a QC problem I guess.

    Hartke A70 Hiss/Buzz

I recently got back into playing, and I've been through 3 Hartke practice amps over the past month. The first two were A35s, one had a broken jack, the other an unbearable hiss. So I tried the A70 to see if I could avoid some issues, but it ended up having the same hiss that turns to a buzz if...
