Jag neck thickness

Hey, could someone clue me in on what the neck thickness (front to back, not the width) of a Squier Jaguar is/is like? Specifically the Troy Sanders signature. I can't seem to find any numbers on it, or really any reference to what its similar to. I'm currently using an Atk205, and have fallen in love with that chunky neck, and was curious how big the front to back thickness difference is.

I've got the Troy Sanders Jag.It's a modern C shape. feels more like a jazz neck to me, not thick or bulky at all. Plays great, sounds great.I mainly just use the P pup with the bass boost 50%.. Only mod is a babicz bridge. Personal preference.

Sweetwater has one for sale on their site with all of the specs listed.

They have it shown as having a 1.5" nut and a 9.5"

you say it's thicker or thinner than an Ibanez SR? Its been a long time since I've played a Fender, admittedly.

Thicker than an sr..I played an sr900 for a few years till i played the troy sanders.. I prefer the bulkier neck. The sr900 was solid but the neck felt a bit like a toothpick.

If you can believe it I sold the sr900 a week after buying the Squier Jag bass.. The craftsmanship in the sr was superior, but the tones from the Troy Sanders are great.

I would say the Troy Sanders jag bass neck feels similar to a Yamaha bb424 if you've played on of those.

OK awesome, thanks man. Thinner necks tend to give me bad pain from my wrist down through my forearm, thus my concern on the neck. I wish I had some where local to check one out. I'll prolly end up ordering one soon. Thanks for the help.

Not meaning to steal the thread however you should post a review of your ATK205. There's not much about it here.
