I seriously need help with my popping in terms of accuracy. Everytime I pop the D string at a fast speed, I risk accidently hitting the G string.
Any tips other than 'practise slowly'? Because Ive been doing that for awhile aready
I dont agree, that the music doesnt start until the bass starts. Take some soft acoustic songs or piano heavy songs for example, some of them dont event have bass in it to begin with.

The main riff is actually 16ths at less than 100bpm. Its really that not fast, u just need to practise alot. practise practise, you'll nail it sooner or later
