Can anyone identify the make?

I would like to try the silver slap e and a with my guts ..I have 2 sets of superior bassworks and do like them but e and a are a bit lost volume wise..I wish I hadn't forked out on the tonemongers now..thanks to you all for taking time ..ill keep an eye out for silverslaps..

Blast Cult Tone Mongers - lemur music

Hi..they are upright bass strings especially for rockabilly slap style..not cheap I might add..the set is called tonemongers

I recently purchased a set of blast cult strings..2 steel ones plus 2 gut buckets..I am finding the steel ones unusable as they just make a horrid buzzing vibration on both of my basses..anyone have any ideas or experience in this..I have put the guts on and they are lovely albeit a little out...

I an just in the middle of a neck repair..I have chiseled out the neck pocket and it seems to me that a bolt on system using captive nuts for wood and some hex bolts is the way to go..Once I have drilled through the neck and into the block I can place the captive nuts with 1 meter threaded bar...

Does anyone know if blast cult gut buckets are varnished or unvarnished ..cheers

Hi..I finally got time to test the hpf pre series 3..bass up to max..strummed the bass..turned hpf knob back and forth..it has a light hum but no vroom vroom..regards pete

Does anyone here know if these break..my volume knob is working fine but the filter knob doesn't seem to be making any difference to my ears at all..also I've never seen the led light up ..thanks pete

Vics pickup has been dispatched so waiting for that to arrive in spain..I will then review my sound with that..I will hold off getting sansamp para until then..thankyou to all who took time to help..great community.. pete
