Thanks Lowendrv. It was just a lucky find. I think it was those pickups that motivated my son to learn how to play bass, and motivated me to try to fix the thing.

Can someone confirm that the other end of the wire that is attached to the wiper lug of the tone pot can be attached to the same lug on the selector switch that the pickup wire is attached? Or does the pickup go to the tone pot and another wire goes from the tone pot to the selector lug? (See...

Any suggestions for keeping body inserts in place after installation of Hipshot three point bridge on a Gibson ripper? If glue, what brand or type? Or should I glue a couple of toothpicks in the wholes and try to wedge the inserts in? Suggestions much appreciated. Btw, new bridge is awesome.
