YES, IF you wire them exactly the same way. If you're goal is to have a 8 ohm cabinet, you could also re-wire the speakers. Put them in series instead of parallel.

I drive a '06 Polo 1.9TDI. Although I keep myself to the electric bass, I have once transported a 3/4 upright in it. It fit like it was made for it.
