Changing band name! How little is acceptable?

Doodlebug's been used before, didn't you guys google it first? You should suggest to them they change their name to something more original too...

I did at the time, I found no other bands...

Unless your implying I do it to therefore gain the name for myself, I may have overlooked that when responding

Dinosaur Jr. was originally named Dinosaur, but as they discovered another band was called Dinosaur they added the Jr..... How about Doodlebug Jr.?

Probably best to consult someone with trademark law experiece.

If they haven't registered it, you should. It is quick, easy, and cheap. Also buy the web address. That too is quick, easy and cheap.
