So as the title says....thinking I'd like a J single coil in the bridge position of my '62 RI Precision. I've been checking out the Fralin,Fender Super 55,and Dimarzio Area J.Any suggestions,or tips? More than likely just going to go with the jazz bass system of 2 volumes,and a master tone.

Hello,lurking for awhile now,new posting here.I have 2 basses,a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Standard,and a '62 RI Fender Precision.I run them into an Orange Terror Bass 500 2x12 combo. I'm not much of a bass effects guy,as I tend to feel the bass produces such a cool,foundational tone on it's own...

I'm really considering snagging one of these,but had 1 question....Would an Am.Deluxe rosewood neck fit onto this if I'd want to change that out later? I agree with a couple previous posters...The maple board looks good,rosewood however looks freakin' awesome!!!!:hyper:
