I've had a Warwick Thumb 4 string BO...for about 2 months play it alot..problem is I just can't do what I used to be able to do playin my Schecter, (has a neck like a Guitar!!)...I know the Warwick necks are notorius for being like 1/2 a Baseball bat.....Is that what it is or do I still need...

I've been playing a Schecter for acouple of years....Great neck, great sound.....EMGHZ pup's..500 bux new..and then I saw a good deal on a Warwick Thumb.....to explain the difference....it's like playing a Fender Rhoades,simulating a baby grand piano and the Warwick is like playing the actual...

Just got a Beauty, 2001 Thumb bolt on...Ovangkol Body and neck...with the Wenge fingerboard!!!...first one for me and it sounds like I gotta Stienway hanging round my neck....active/passive, (pull up for passive),....just love it...900 bux Rich

just to confirm all "thumbs" are made in Germany...(I got a 2001 it says made in germany) as opposed to the corvetts for 849.00...say "warwick Germany"... Right?? rICH

Hey Guys and Girls anybody know a source for MEC pickup parts ???.I just bought a 2001 Thumb BO....It's like a fine bottle of sherry.gtets better with age specifically looking for the covers....the MEC logo is worn off and the screws are a little nasty....any clues Rich,

I just got a 2001 Thumb BO...I love the crap out of it...sounds like a Stienway piano around your neck!!! anyway I just dont have that problem...maybe the balance on the NT is a little different???..it's gotta be strap settings or material Mine is solid leather...but it's got a ruff side...
