What cab is that?

Beautiful. How’s moving it around? I really want one but I’m not sure I play often enough to justify it (although on the flip side since I’m not a working pro, I could actually justify using it on every gig that isn’t a coffee shop with my acoustic bud)

My current GAS for a lightweight rig — (although would probably do the trendy modular thing of 2 1x12s…) I don’t need it at all though! I will hold strong! (for now)

Got this vintage beauty…similar preamp sound to the V4B, with a lot of punch and power. V4B pure ton wise probably still wins but man it feels good to have a big amp again. Huge clean but still Ampeg tone. Clean but mean.

This also could have boiled down to different amp settings etc, so can’t really say in the end.

I haven’t A/Bed them, but on paper at least 2x 212avs would be louder. I have played through an 810e and I do have 2x 212avs; from faint memory the 212avs have more bottom end presence and the 810s have more of that mid range growl, but without a proper A/B take this with a large grain of salt.

Correct. Two out to the top two cabs from the 2 ohm jacks, then use the parallel connections to go out from the top two cabs into the bottoms.
