i assume if one was to use four 210Avs with the V-4B, this would come out of the 2ohm taps? with each of the cabs receiving equal power (25%)?

Correct. Two out to the top two cabs from the 2 ohm jacks, then use the parallel connections to go out from the top two cabs into the bottoms.

I've had a similar discussion with JimmyM about stacking 2 x svt 210 AV's. They are tall and slim cabs. I have this set-up for a practice amp using a WD-800 on top because its a nice fit . However, it IS a little unstable and adding more height with yet another cab under them could be tricky. I've seen them set up on stages many times as a 4x10 vertical stack. They look and sound great. I would be cautious about it. yeah.. amp to cab(A)in .. cab(A)out ..to Cab( B) in
. I love those little Ampeg cabs . Good luck !
