The standard strings are just that, plain old cheapies.....the previous owner had them on here.....it does have a little buzz on all 4 strings i just noticed it more on the d and g... Neck has very little releif and does need a intonation set up badly, so i guess im off to the shop...

No, its not the open string, its the "fretted" notes.....or is that just part of the fretless sound, ive neve played one till now

Ok, just got a message from peavey today....this item was shipped from the factory on 11/03/73....it was considered a 74 or 75 model then.....200 watts,4 ohms, infinate baffel, it was designed for guitar, organ, piano.....so it its able to handle organ which can go much lower than a standard...

Yeah thats the one from Asheville craigslist... i got luck and happened to be up at 4am to find it, hes also got a peavey 18 cab im getting from him next week for 100.00. I jammed my bass thru it with 200 watts at least, it sounded great , i know he has replaced the speakers over the years...

I used the rocktron banshee one and had a pretty fair result, but had to use too mch gain do get the low to really come out, still a great effect.....the crowd loved it:hyper::bassist:

Just bought it for 100.00....6 10s, good condition....but what is it...guy who had it ran it with a larger system and wasnt sure of the answers i need....so i ask you! What is it, what ohms do i have, what wattage can i use, what would be a good amp for it....HELP!!! The old tin on the back...
