Sad to hear this Mike. Hard to let go. Truly is a spectacular bass. Like you I’ve had mine since new (see my avatar). Gigged it 1000s of times. Still original and in pristine shape. But doesn’t get as much attention these days. 24 basses to play. . Wish you well. Hope you recover.

You may be late to the party but you sure make up for that by bringing some nice gifts . Lovely looking basses. I ”only” got blacks myself but I really enjoy these. They play and record well, my clients have been more than pleased with the sound. Me too!
