Thanks Chuck! As it turns out I sold two Fenders and my Les Paul so I may end up keeping the 5er. I got my eye on that TR-4 though. It’s a lovely bass. I get a wonderful warm buttery tone out of mine with the Nootka Cedar, I would love to hear what the swamp ash sounds with the same configuration!

I’m definitely considering another TR-4. The one in Austin is lovely. I was also thinking of having one made in the same whiteburst finish as this one
