Yeah you have to keep one much lower. It will go into overdrive easy but if you can find that sweet spot it's really nice

Sounds like something's wrong with your boost channel if you're not getting sound though, unless one of your volumes was all the way down,

I believe mix is to blend the two channels together like two separate volume controls for two instruments or two pickups and BST is boost like you're running one gain stage into the next , And you will actually get distortion if you don't balance them right

i think its pretty much the same thing as your bassbone except without the eq... just leave your bassbone flat and save some money
