Unless i totally missed something, haha, never thought of it, just never put a battery in and i thought it sounded great. mid pan or bridge pickup, mid tone or high tone is all i have done.

Whoa... diggin into the finish, wow. I cant figure out what technique yields that scuff you both have in the same area. I beat up between the pickups just off the B and i have no indication of wear at all. I float my thumb for the top 3 and high corner neck pickup thumb rest the low 2 strings...

Herrick, wicked dude, good choice, post a pic when u get it. Either of the 1505MS variants and 1506MS gotta be all dynamite and unique. Pictures dont do them justice. Speaking of 1506's, Lucas, where's the pic with the TSF?

Good enough to calm my visa spending for now. Thanks. Ill dig into the GT-1B. I have been playing either through a PA or headphones via a zoom livetrak. Also have 3 DG pedals.

NU, can you give a pretty dumbed down comparison of moving from the GT-1B to the GT-1000 Core? Not sure exactly what I’m asking as I can’t articulate my GT-1B usage other than moving through 10 presets and tweaking them to my liking that day. Was going to finally dive into the GT but thought I’d...

Maybe folks would be happier with a short scale E-C, bet thats where a lot of these would end up. Double stops are funky fun on my 1505ms PLF strung E-C. That is if you care about double stops....

Whoops, gotcha. So the TSF is getting a new thump mate. They will look awesome together. Once my wife calms down I may look into the 6'er for the burly trifecta. But thats a ways off and i need time dialing in my 5'er style. Having a few problems with the right sound and technique when walking...

Well holy hell..... bunch a TSFs flying off the shelves today. I just got one as well. I think they are getting pretty medium rare these days. Stringing my PLF standard E-C (4ths, yay) and leaving the TSF B-G (more 4ths, yay). Held out for a TSF for $1900 CAD (~$1500 USD) and..... got it. If...

Well hey, some thoughts.... Note: My thoughts are awfully mediocre at best and i dont have that ear or verbiage to articulate. My first ibanez, played around with store ones over the years. My musical tastes, 70% thrash metal, 10% chess records blues, 10% 80's cock rock, 10% outlaw country...

    New Ibanez (headless, multiscale)

I dont have it yet but the price for me was $1799 CAD for the 1005ms or $1899 CAD for the 1505ms, figured there was nothing i would have to do to the 1505, pickups, visually and wood character, i liked it more. The 1005 i would always be thinking about upgrading the pickups...
