I still use my Nordy's day-in, day out. The Olympic White has really gone yellowy, the Big Singles and the John East Retro Pre make for a hot bass. The Burst is a vJ5c with NJ5's and Sadowsky VTC. The Sterling has a MM4.3, that's why it's part of the Nordstrand Family.

For those who haven't heard the history Tendollarcat had it made for him in Oz. Controls are stacked independent volume for each pickup, stacked bass and treble. Push/pull passive/active with master tone control. LEJ hand wound single coils, chambered body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard.

MG - just out of interest, just how does CITES prevent the transport of this bass internationally? If the wood has been consumed through process already, would not a simple sale not be seen as manufacturing. If the goods are already harvested and processed, even reprocessing has no impact as...

Melodiaopus, this bridges to 1000w at 8ohm, not 4 ohm. 500w per side at 4 ohm. Great sounding amp, best of luck with sale. Cheers Steve

Rodl2005 is correct that 2x210's will give you a lot of bang for your buck, one of the guys Scott does run a HD210 and HD112 and he was running with 2 x HS210's prior to that. Choose what is best to your ears but remember these babies weigh more than the neo cabs. Cheers Steve

I have played a HS210/HT112ER combo and currently have both a 2 x Ae112 and a AE212 setup with a Puma 1000. I have had the same experience with two loud guitars and a loud drummer, but at the end of the day let your ears be the guiding force. Two questions - why can't the Epi 310 handle a B...
