I play with Tom - he just recently (2-3 months ago) started with 3DR.

Three Day Ride is pretty good - they took the summer off it seems but are starting up again in September. I play with one of their guitar players in another band we are starting up.

Here's the new 44 64; the neck is done like a 44 64 custom (minus the colored headstock) but is a P neck...perfect for me.

I just picked up my first Lakland (well, two weeks ago...). Its a red US 44 64 with rosewood neck, ivory block inlays, and white binding. It is amazing! My drummer thought it was a newer version of my 91 Fender P bass plus - until we were halfway through our first song - he just started smiling.
