Is there a way to change dry level when using Poly Sustain? I didn’t see any YT demos that showed if setting/killing dry level is possible and I don’t have a Helix product yet to dig into the menus. My use case would be 100% wet when using Poly Sustain in moment mode

Wait what’s the benefit/desire for these, I’m not quite following? Is it the On/off switch? The extra jack so you don’t have to go underneath into the actual power supply’s jack?

That pedal was always intriguing but I never got around to trying it. How does the pulp n peel do with the lower strings without a HPF side chain? Does it overly smother them compared to the higher strings/notes? Does the blend make up for it?

Do you guys actually talk to your sales engineer? Does that help get discounts or anything? I always just place an order on the website (usually for a pedal or misc items) but I always wonder if calling would make a difference
