A small Zoom or Tascam recorder is the way to go for quick demo recordings that don’t need to be too fancy. Depending on the model you can use it as mic for your Scarlett too if you want to keep using it.

sorry for the delay I just saw this reply. I went with the 3/8 and just dropped them in. I feel like they were a little smaller and didn’t have a snug fit but 1/2 would have been too big and it’s been working fine without any special brushings.

Put a few more changes in the Mustang this year. Swapped out the tuners for the hipshot ultra lights. Replaced the stock bridge with a Babicz full contact. Added in the bridge cover for fun. It definitely fixed the neck dive issue this has before.

Yes, xlr to 1/4” Cables. I went back to the single amp output though so I could have both cabs in clean output since half of what I tend to play doesn’t have any distortion. Still have to test it with the dirty channel going to a guitar amp
