Acoustic 470 is a pretty desirable amp. Worth to have it looked at by a good tech. I guess after doing the usual work like cleaning inputs and outputs, its pretty easy to take the scope and see where the howl is coming from. But I would not pay 320$ for an amp that needs to be fixed.

Amazing looking bass. It's called the "AC 600". There must have also been a short-scale version of this bass, called the "AC 650". There's a cool story about Jimi Hendrix obtaining a left-handed Black Widow guitar.

Sweet. I have a '69 Marshall Major (bass version) with a matching '71 straight 4x15 cabinet. Even has slightly more speaker surface than the Ampeg fridge. I converted it from KT88 to EL34 with a different PT, still makes well over 100W RMS clean. I don't think I will never have GAS for a better...

Probably the slave for a 260/261 stack, similar to the 300 for the 360/361.
