The Few, the Proud, the Cowpokes. (official Fender Cowpoke club)

Ok so I just got one of these from Montreal. Didn’t know they existed until last weekend. Made an offer on reverb and it showed up 3 days later. Lovey. Has all the tone I like:)

Bands you have seen that you’ll never forget, but,,,,

For me it was the Rolling Stones here in a club in Toronto. We lined up all night to get $10 tickets. Stripped of all the stadium trappings they were mind blowing, plus seeing Jagger playing slide up close was really cool. One of my odder memories of the events is of the stage lights behind the...

Why are band dynamics so delicate?

This is all great input. It kind of makes me sad as we did start with common goals. But I also get It as the singer needs to be comfortable with the songs. Why are band dynamics so delicate?

Hey all. Want to get your thoughts. Not sure if it’s the right place in the forums but here goes. So for a few years I’ve been writing and recording songs at home with a guitarist, me supplying the bass lines.... cue last year: finally get a drummer. Guitarist is singing which is great. Then...

    Japanese Squier contemporary bass pj525

Yeah I subsequently saw the white one and it’s really expensive. But I believe that was an 83 as opposed to an 85

    Japanese Squier contemporary bass pj525

Apparently they are scaled down. Only Japanese models - I think the stu Hamm was the only us made medium scale. The contemporary is virtually the same as the jazz bass special but perhaps the hardware is less perfect. Though it is 80s Japanese so no doubt it’s still good

    Japanese Squier contemporary bass pj525

Yeah not like I needed it but 32 inch scale fits so well. And I figured the price had to be good

    Japanese Squier contemporary bass pj525

I’d never see on one before. Stumbled across it on reverb... listed as a squire not a squier
