I have the exact same amp as you with the same problem. It's just tempramental (probably because they're old amps). But on the upside, I have an excuse to get a new rig :D

I just found out that it was only there for repair :rollno: :p Oh well. I suppose this thread will help anyone who wants information on this bass, this seems to be the only information about it. Thanks for your help anyway :)

I saw a used Aria IB-STD Integra Standard bass in a guitar shop yesterday, and it looked pretty interesting and I could probably get it at a low price... But I can't find any information about it. The only information about it I can find is that it was made between 1988-90 according to this...

I've tried out the BG500 by the way (I posted in the other thread too but I'm excited about this amp :D). Sounds great to me... Weight may be an issue for some, however. Other than that, I don't see much reason to go with the RH over the BG IMO, especially considering the price. It may also...

Thats exactly what I'm thinking! This has even more power than the RH, and is much cheaper! The only real benefit of getting a RH setup is weight and a couple extra features (which i personally don't need, I like the simplicity of this amp)

I tried the 15" version of these earlier today. I'm definitely not the best to review it because I don't have much experience with amps, but oh well. It's a great amp IMO, I could great tones out of it in seconds, nice deep tones for jazz, hifi slap, gritty rock, etc. Tried it with a Geddy Lee...

*Virtual high-fives back* The MIA standard jazz i tried put me off jazz basses, but I decided to stupid and take a plunge to buy a Classic one from eBay, just because of looks and good reviews. I got lucky, much better than the MIA IMO! Best purchase ever :D

Pretty great! I can get some really nice synth sounds out of it thanks to the built in distortion (or I can use my Ibanez PD-7 before it which makes a slightly different sound). I'm still trying to get a classic envelope filter sound I really like out of it though, but then again I haven't...
