    Get USA made 1/2 Hipshots. The Asian made Hipshots are slightly smaller even though it's the same 1/2 size. The quality control for Sterlings have gone down hill like everything else lately.

    You mean 1/2 not 3/8 right? 3/8 is skinner like what you'd find on a Ibanez bass.

    How bout adding a Nordy Big Split to a Squier P Bass? I'm thinking about it. What would be the best option ... V/V/T or V/B/T? Not sure if there's a big sound difference and how the character of the existing P would change.

    I feel like the MG800 does everything I need so no need for any other amp. I have a BA-12 which is the best cab I've played! If the cash and gigs where there, I'd get the BA-15 fo sho!
