I'll just say that I'm a recently retired tour manager and HUGE G&L fan. One the years I've tried again and again to set up endorsement deals for my artists, and these are players doing large theaters, arenas, and stadiums. And I got complete radio silence from G&L. So.

I snatched up one of the launch edition fallouts in green. It's a beast! It's kinda like the L2000 but a bit more of a vintage sound. I lowered the pickup a good bit because they're so damn hot! The downside to it was cost (I think i paid $1400) but the tribute editions out now are like $500...

I have one of the first run geeens, and I love it. But I gotta say I ie rhe new plcemet. Bit better

I own and have owned a slew of great basses, including a ‘72 jazz bass, but my favorite is for sure my 1993 G&L legacy bass.

They actually did make a sunburst version around 2000, it discontinued it. They’ve done a few limited edition colors over the years. I grabbed a silver burst when it came out in 2013. These are great, really fun and unique sounding basses. Mostly I play g&l but love this JC.
