I actually don’t and think it’s bad… alpha wolf albums have gone from clean good mixes to bad mixes of walls of noise that I blame on them developing this pedal lol. I like my walls of noise in metal but not when everything is just a wall of white noise with no definition! It’s just everyone...

Probably too late to chime in but based on all my boards, apart from dirt all I add in is wah, chorus and reverb :) Hearing dirt react to those is fun!

Just to add to that, if you can’t find the thing you want I prefer old school combine the best of both worlds.. add kangra fuzz filter to the above as another option with your preferred synthy generator / fuzz With expression pedal can do good fake wah and in auto Wah pretty synthy sounds

The only thing I can suggest for these that I have used are the Justin chancellor wah or the Ibanez weeping demon… Weeping demon is the same size as the jc when you include the switch that juts out bur it can be switchless.. very custom usable with bass and guitar modes, adjustable q AND...

It’s actually just me solo My band with 4 other members we have just sampled the synth into a foot looper pedal and guitarist does that for simple synth loop. But I’m thinking of my solo band with me bass and drum machine (which is already enough foot pedals and I don’t want to buy a looper...

Thanks for the replies! I’m going to use my sonicake portal which is a switcher, has clean, loop an and loop b, so if all the channels are switched off it would be a mute. Or could just hit my tuner as a simple mute as long as remember to put it back off! I have trouble singing over playing...

Silly question maybe bur does anyone play live switching between synth and bass at same time (ie alternate playing both in same song )… curious if it could work

So I bought a Microbrute to add to my wanting to go Dawless… I was torn between this, a microfreak and a monologue for making some noise to add as intro / soundscapes live so I needed a “knob per function” synth… coming from the mininova which I loaned to my bands covers project, it was too...
