They look great in black too. These are great basses, and getting harder and harder to find...in any color.

Okay, just got the scoop from Fender.. The bass was manufactured in Nov. 2011 in OLYMPIC WHITE. :) This was definately part of a special run for a dealer, or something. They did not have the info on which particular one. Now, here's the cool part. It was only showing 85 serial numbers...

Just scored one heck of a LetGo find! 1996 Peavey Fury, P-style bass, made in USA. Picked it up for 125 bucks. This bass was still like brand new, and still had the film on the pickguard! Came with a nice, very well-made Peavey gig bag. Hardly a mark on this bass anywhere. Seller's late...

Okay, took it back today, and exchanged it. They had another one, new in the box. This one is perfect. :thumbsup: . The other one probably had a bad connection somewhere, or just a bad eq unit in general.

Just picked up a new Pearl white Ibanez SR250 at GC. Great bass, I've had two or three of these in the past, and decided to pick up another. Anyway, this bass has the 3 band EQ (this is the holdout old-school SR with the CAP pickups, and no toggle switches, just Bass, Mid and Treble knobs.)...
