I bought my sight unseen as no store is carrying them in my country so I can’t wait to put my hands on it. Mine supposed to have jazz bass neck with 38mm nut width.

The bass supposed to come with some Dunlop nickels on it, but I am more into flatwound strings. But those Labella Super Polished are really something 👍🏻

Ok, I decided to give Thomastik Flats a shot and ordered them today. I only hope they won’t be to middi with this Lollar pickup.

These actually sound fantastic. I found a sample on official Labella channel. To my ears they come really close to the flatwound territory so looks like very versatile option.

I have my Nash PB-63 with Lollar on its way to me, and I want to put flats on it. Any suggestions which flats pair well with Lollar? I know it’s personal but any input will be appreciated.

Advice needed. I want to try Thomastik Rounds on my fretless jazz which has a nut that takes regular 45-105 string gauge. Do I need to cut a new nut or I will be just fine with the one I have? Thanks in advance.

Are they pressed fit or glued?

New Bassrig 64 Black Panel owner here with the question. How do you attach it to the pedalboard with the velcro? It has kind of tall rubber feet. Do you need to remove them or is it enough to stick velcro between them? I have a mono lite pedalboard and will be using velcro that came with it.
