    The EMG's are not OEM and there is a 9 volt battery. They are great pickups and definitely a positive addition.

    This is all the bass I will ever need. I am going to go ahead and get a pickgaurd in will most likely be black. Is has been a fun weekend of topic debate time to head back to work for the week. Thanks to all that shared comments and ideas
