Crazy idea... Tune your bass DOWN to match the guitar, or get a five string so you still have your own space sonically. I know, stupid idea right? :hiding:

Morley Power Wah, there's a little round thing inside held in place by a washer, loosen that a bit and move the led that works the sweep of the wah, move that around to get he wah to sound different. $80 and built like a tank.

Lemmy gets his sound by turning everything all the way up to overdrive his amp and turning the treble and bass all the way down, he plays with a pick over the bridge pickup if that helps

So I'm considering getting a Fuzzhugger fx phantom ring, but I can't find any videos of it being used on bass. Anybody on here have any experience with it that could tell me how it is? Or better yet, give me clips? :p

I mostly play 3,2,3,2 but for Steve Harris-style gallops and things where I need to play a lot faster I'll typically go 4,3,2. For some songs like Anesthesia where I need to very quickly switch strings I'll go 1,2,3 like you see people do on guitars. As far as I can tell the pinkie is useless...

anybody know of any mods one could do on the BBM? I don't exactly need mine modded but it would give me something to do :p I've seen mods for the other muff pedals, could those be done on the BBM as well?
