Which Bass do you most regret selling?

Early 90s German built Fortress One 4 string with wenge fretboard, brass nut and brass frets. Don’t know if I so much regret selling it, but I do miss it sometimes. I make it all better by playing my later model Corvette 4 or my Lakland 5...

    Your first three basses...

    1) 1969 Gibson EB0 that I bought in a pawnshop for 70 bucks in 1983 2) Warwick Fortress I bought in 1995 3) Warwick Corvette I bought off of Reverb. Still have the Gibson and the Corvette. Let go of the Fortress to a guitar player friend. Wish I still had it. I miss that thing.

    Cases...

Another recommendation for the Gator case referenced by Eliascalles. Carries my Lakland 5 well and is a well built but light in weight case!

    Drummer question

Two fingers is correct. This isn’t going to go anywhere nice alone. And honestly, probably not collectively, either. And I apologize, I somehow thought you at least recorded your rehearsals. Most groups I have been involved in over the past 10 years do, so all of us could critique and tweak...

    Drummer question

What you are describing is a drummer that likes to bash rather then play music. Being a drummer for over 40 years, it sounds like you are working with someone who has limited time with a drum instruction curriculum or even informal lessons. If they are unable to sustain steady time to a fill, I...
