I don't know of anyone else that does this. I've been playing around with this style and its difficult for me to get my hand positioned correctly for it to work. The pick sits at a more upward slanting angle which doesn't give me the pluck I need. Maybe I need smaller picks?

I'm in need of a setup for my Warwick Corvette. Preferebly a place that works on the finish as well as there's a little bit of "staining" on the wood finish between my strings and where my thumb goes. Here are the problems I'm having.... Modulation sound when sustaining a note buzzing...

Sounds like the guy has some bad habits to break. That being said, even if you WERE playing the wrong note, there are better ways to go about it than just tell you that you're wrong and don't know what you're doing. Like someone already said - you could be playing the 3rd or 5th for example...

Thanks man, I think that's my plan. The TC Electronic Corona Chorus looks pretty promising. I'm going to look into that. The sweeper I have is a brand new pedal with original plastic, manual and box, so I'm sure someone will want to take it off my hands who likes this pedal.

Yes, it definitely is quiet and I've had the same problem with the volume and gain. It was suggested that I play through the pedal and adjust the gain on the side of the pedal so that the red light is not lighting when playing. However, once I do that, the pedal is low and the effect minimal...
