    Register a complaint with Pay pal to indicate that the merchandise was not as advertised; they will negotiate a refund with the seller. Also, register a negative feedback on the seller so that the other buyers are made aware of his tactics.

    Yes, Brent is right. Unlike the B3 which is Bus powered (you do not need an adapter to power, it is powered via usb) the B3N is only for software updating and patch organization.
