I can’t tell. There is a wire on the back of the chassis but it’s a single strand wire

That doesn’t look like a pickup chassis wire imo looks like a standard ground

Has anyone wired one of these? 3 wires the bare is obviously ground the other 2 wires are orange and white. Is there an extra ground and which is hot? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
