That name came from the patchwork tolex that kind of looks like, well patchwork.

Yeah this thing sounded so good live! I'm still going on about it. I came from Markbass P151
(1 or 2 cabs, mostly 1) which i kept trying to replace but nothing sounded as good even a BB3 that i tried last year. This 310 is plenty of booty but not boomy at all.

Honestly, it's more than enough for low volume affairs. Even if you don't have PA support, I think you'll be happy with the results. The MB200 is a great pair with that cab.

That's exactly my small rig. The combination works very well indeed.

Quick follow up on the footing damage to my Two10ST where one foot had been pushed up through the plywood.

$20 trip to the hardware store for new 2" diameter feet, screws, and washers.

Before mitigation.

The fix is in.

The overlap with the corner guard should prove beneficial. The 2" diameter feet are slightly taller, requiring slightly longer screws. Aesthetically not perfect, but I'm satisfied the trouble's corrected!

This is not a cab or feet issue, this is shipping damage. If this a new purchase from us, please contact us immediately by email so we can raise an insurance claim with DHL. We will need photos of the damage to the cab, photos of the inside and outside of the box showing all the protective packaging (blue foam and cardboard), and particularly the outside of the box where this impact happened.

We have shipped thousands of cabs with those feet and this plywood over the last decade and have had at most a handful suffer this kind of damage - it's impossible to make everything 100% resistant to shipping damage but we're very good at sorting out the few problems that happen.

And, Alex, correct me if I'm wrong...but the bigger cabs (like my Six10T) are shipped with the feet included in the box but not factory OEM-mounted (like my 2xBB3's were)? BTW, I am VERY hesitant to use the word "factory" as what you are doing for bassists all over the world, from a small shop in Brighton, is nothing less than pure craftsmanship-meets-science-meets-sound creation and projection. Oh, and all that cool shite for the six-stringers too!

Now, if only Barefaced made an exclusive cab-paired SVT/GK/Mesa/Aguilar/Berg mashup of a bass amp, 800-1200 watts, with DI (switchable pre or post EQ, and with an adjustable output level ala MarkBass in addition to Line/Mic), 8 ohm/4ohm selector, two Neutrik connections, and a few other features, minus all the weight those anchors are known for... Yeah, that would be beyond all expectations?

And when that day comes, my first reaction?
YES! Please take my bloody money already...and ship it immediately!

Yes, if the cab has two big feet and wheels, rather than four (or eight) small feet, then we remove the feet for shipping.

I'd just like to take a moment to shout out Alex for helping me out immensely with my Super Compact. Started having an audible aberration through one of my two SCs-- the first one of the two that I bought. I thought initially that it sounded like distortion coming from the 12XN, but with his help we were able to eventually able to narrow the culprit down to one of the speaker screws not being down quite tightly enough and causing buzzing. I was able to power-drill it into position, and with some new foam tape/buffer/gasket sent from Barefaced to put on the grille, I'm back in business! Alex was super helpful and responsive through the whole thing. I was nervous about the prospect of having to do the work myself due to living in the States, but it ended up being far less stressful than I feared.

I wanted Cyan on my One10T and One10 cabs, but decided too late. Barefaced was ahead of production schedule, the rascals.

What really is blue?
Words for colors are funny.
The Russian language has two words, "голубой" ("golubój") and "си́ний" ("sínij"). The former applies to what an English speaker calls light blue, while the latter refers to what we would call dark blue, or perhaps navy blue or indigo. These are considered two different colors, and not shades of the same color.
There is no word for "blue" that encompasses both of these colors, or blue-ness in general. If you want to describe a color that is in-between, it's either light-dark blue or dark-light blue.

This probably seems weird, until you consider that English does this too-- orange and brown. brown is just dark orange, but our cultural subconscious very firmly considers them to be different colors.
