The 10" and 12" cabs have completely different personalities. I've owned a few of each. If you want a PA style FRFR cabinet that does not impose any (or very little) character on the sound, you should go with a 1" model. If you enjoy the character added by a nice vintage cabinet but want the fidelity, output, extended range and reduced weight of a modern cab, the 10" models will be what you want.
I've realized I don't like FRFR cabinets, to me the cabinet is part of the instrument. So, I have a Three10T on order. I like the punch and bounce and warmth I got from my old Two10 and Four10, and with a tweeter it will have the sparkle and bite I missed with those cabs.
