    I don't recommend to do it. If it was a natural finished oil you could do it with no doubt, but not on the high polish surface. Besides Warwick is very specific about its basses maintenance

    Warwick recommend to wax the natural oil finished surfaces every week, but this depend on how often do you use your bass. High polished finished don't need wax

    What kind of music do you play? Keep on mind that a Warwick bubinga is heavy bass the swamp ash is much lighter! About the passive and the active there is a different in the tonality.
