Peavy & Ashdown...

I found a Peavey TNT 115S 150W 6year old used and a new Ashdown EB15-180W almost at the same price.
Which to choose and what the differences between them?
Any opinion would be helpful!

I personally would do peavy.
in the case of two "affordable" brands compeating , I would go with the one with the reputation.
From what I have heard and within limits experienced:
Peavys last whereas ashdowns are amongst the amps , frequently sent in for repairs.
Nonetheless- Try hear them both , try them as much as you can.
whichever amp you get,; treat it well and you should be fine.

I'd go with the Peavey. I think the electric blue series of ashdowns suck, alot.

I have the Peavey TNT 115S. Its about 4 years old. I hate it. I find it really hard to get a nice sound out of it. And its mega heavy with no side handles. I'm getting a LMII soon. Havent tried the ashdown though.

The Peavey will be more reliable, without a doubt... Play both, and if you like the sound out of the Peavey, go that way... I can get a good sound out of a TNT, but I also make sure my basses will sound good on their own, without effects - I prefer to go direct to the FOH, pre-EQ as proof of that...

Just out of curiosity, what basses are you playing through it, type of music, band setting, etc... - you *might* be asking more of that amp than it should reasonably deliver... No doubt the LMII will exceed it's performance, though - but at that price difference, it should...
