I currently own an upgraded 55-01 and have been wanting a 55-02. I see sire has released the Z7. I feel like I'm drawn to the MM tone. I thought I'd get your guys take. I don't have a location to try them out. Anyone have a feel for them. I primarily play worship music at my church. Thanks.

Seriously some great wisdom/insights here. Hopefully what I asked didn't come as a dig to warmoth. It just always feels like I see warmoth basses for sale at half the price they must have cost to build. I've been considering building my own, and at thier price and what I see in the classifieds...

Why do I see so many people always selling thier Custom Built Warmoth Basses? Does the quality not line up? Tone? What's the deal.
